    Text & Call Support - From time of birth until anticipated end of doula support

    16 hours of in-home services including:

    • Non-medical support and companionship

    • Evidence-based information on emotional and physical recovery from childbirth

    • Assistance with newborn care

    • Education on infant soothing techniques

    • Help with sibling adjustment

    • Meal preparation

    • Household organization

    • Evidence-based information on infant feeding

    • Referrals as necessary

    • Fostering maximum self-determination of the parent(s) light housework, home organization for baby, emotional support and referrals as needed
