Non-medical support and companionship
Evidence-based information on emotional and physical recovery from childbirth
Assistance with newborn care
Education on infant soothing techniques
Help with sibling adjustment
Meal preparation
Household organization
Evidence-based information on infant feeding
Referrals as necessary
Fostering maximum self-determination of the parent(s) light housework, home organization for baby, emotional support and referrals as needed
Baby Binder - great tool to reference while prepping for baby and for after care and planning
